Glamorous Giant Knitting of Paper Towels With Frauke Von Der Horst and Marco Schindelmann of artist group, FLOOD at Torrance Art Museum, CA.
This performance art/sound art installation piece called "Tiltawhorl" was presented on one evening in Long Beach as part of an exhibition of fiber arts. A take-off on the idea of a circus side show, Tiltawhorl offered the viewing audience the opportunity to walk through the installation/performance, and if they chose to, participate.

This was an NEA grant, CAC grant funded original performance piece that was created for the disabled artists of Hope University (now Hope Center for the Arts) in Anaheim, CA in collaboration with a team of international artists, led by the brilliant, Marco Schindelmann.
I produce a quarterly event in Point Reyes Station, CA called 10X10 performance lab. It provides 10 performers 10 minutes each on stage in front of a supportive audience. I perform too, here as part of the "Jen & Shelley Show".
