New Studio, New Adventure!
I just moved into my new studio. The thing is, it's the first "real" studio I've ever had. The first studio that has provided me with the opportunity to be part of an open studio tour! It is an exciting and scary turning point for me in my career as an artist. At the same time, I have been wanting this experience of going all in and devoting myself to having a studio practice and building a collector base so that I can make a living by making art. I consider myself to be a very lucky woman with so much love and beauty in my life. So here's to a new adventure in the life of artist, Shelley Rugg! Let's see what happens...
